As Tony Robbins says in the interview, "when you allow the environment to control your psychology, you're not going to win." That couldn't be more true and relevant with the situation we find ourselves in recently. The negative headlines on the economy, inflation at the highest rates in 40 years, gas prices soaring - it's hard not to get caught up in the negativity. Yes, those are all things we have to be aware of but we can't allow them to change who we are, how we think, and how we treat our family, friends, and colleagues.

So as leaders in the industry what can we do? How can we become better leaders and positively influence those around us to be better, to achieve our highest potential, to go the extra mile, and most importantly be motivated to do so? Well, staying on the topic of culture, I thought it would be a great time to share an interview with Tony Robbins where he shares skills and the psychology of exceptional leaders.
