Bringing it back to where ProTec started, we sat down with Stan Luhr, CEO of Pacific Property Consultants and AxisPointe. Stan was one of ProTec's early founders! He later founded Quality Built and grew it to become a huge positive change agent in the building industry. Getting this dynamic duo back together led to a great conversation on Stan's roots and knowledge in forensic building sciences and litigation in the construction industry. From preventive maintenance and reserve funds, the current housing industry, to upcoming building sciences - they go over it all.
