Maintenance Best Practices Report Released
In response to the tragic events in Surfside, Florida, CAI has emerged as a leading organization, offering guidance and solutions nationwide to prevent similar incidents. Through the remarkable efforts of Dawn Bauman, Jake Gold, Phoebe Neseth, and the rest of the dedicated team at CAI, a committee was formed, with Dave as the chair, to develop a comprehensive Maintenance Best Practices report.
This report provides homeowners' associations (HOAs) with a clear framework to effectively maintain their communities, prolong the lifespan of their assets, reduce lifecycle costs, and prioritize the safety and well-being of all residents. We take great pride in the team's commitment, and we believe that the final product is of exceptional quality.
However, none of this would have been possible without the outstanding contributions of the committee members. They deserve an enormous amount of credit - they were exceptional.
